📅 Return Window

We accept returns for 7 days after the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components included in the original package must be returned.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

Products that show signs of heavy use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.


🔁 Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we offer exchanges within 10 days after receiving your product.

We can exchange your item for:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • A different item of equal value (if available)

  • A different item of higher value (price difference must be paid)

Exchanges will only be processed once the original item has been received and inspected.


💵 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund Time: 5–10 business days

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any applied outside standard free shipping) are non-refundable.

The following items may not be returned:

  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if labeled as such)

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

If your return request is declined, you will be notified via email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product received was incorrect

  • There was an issue caused by our fulfillment team

In these cases, we will provide a free prepaid return label.
